Where is SUSO based?

Our office is located in the Netherlands.
From here we work on product development, the continued growth of the brand and communication with our customers. Shipping is also handled from the Netherlands, so we maintain oversight of the entire process, from development
to delivery.

To which countries do you ship?

We ship our products across most of Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Can I return my order?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition in which you received them, including the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at Info@susostoree.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with further instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
